With the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP 30 being hosted in Brazil in 2025, and Australia having joined with Pacific Island Countries to host COP 31 in 2026, pathways to achieve ‘net zero’ are in focus across both countries.

The Australia Brazil Chamber of Commerce has joined with the Carbon Market Institute, the Investor Group on Climate Change and Corrs Chambers Westgarth to host two panel discussions where industry experts will discuss pathways for investment and collaboration between Australia and Brazil to support the energy transition as part of the target of reaching ‘net zero’ by 2050.

Panel 1 - Natural capital markets and opportunities
Panel 2 - Critical mineral market and opportunities

A light breakfast and morning tea will be provided for in-person attendance.
